DELIVERY TIME LIMITS

All orders received before 16:00 p.m. on a working day will be processed the same day, except in case of missing or wrong information. Shipment will be made within 2 working days from the time all products in the order are in stock. Most products are shipped from our supplier's facility to ours within a week. For a more efficient service and because some of our products are perishable, our shipments are all made by express courier,with expected maximum delivery time of 48 hours following the shipment.

PAYMENT

Our invoices are payable by credit card, check or bank transfer within 30 days of invoice.

PROPERTY RESERVE CLAUSE

The goods remain the property of our Company until full payment of the price. The transfer of ownership shall only take place for the benefit of the buyer after full payment of the price due.

Our goods and their packaging always travel at the buyer's risk and peril, even when shipped carriage paid.
