We are able to produce different quantities of recombinante according to your project. This production is performed in two steps :
1- test of recombinant expression : to check the feasability of the request
2- high-scale production and purification of the recombinant protein
Step 2 is launched when datas of step 1 have been analysed and the customer validated the results.
Step 1 - Standard protocol of testing the recombinant expression :
- Transformation of high-yield bacteria
- Culture of bactéria (under culture conditions depending to required quantities)
- Induction of recombinant synthesis (cinétique de 5 heures)
- Affinity purification on specific resin
- Analysis of lysates on gel
Options : Analysis 1- of recombinant solubility 2- of production yield
Step 2 - Standard protocol of the recombinant high-scale production and purification :
- Culture of bactéria
- Induction of recombinant synthesis (under culture conditions predefined in step 1)
- Preparation of bacterial lysates
- Affinity purification on specific resin
- Option : Elimination of tag (eg : enzymatic cleavage of GST-Tag)
Note : Final quantity of recombinant protein can not be guaranted.
